Users
All users on this platform are authorized personnel of the companies and corporations using this platform and who have contractual usage rights of ffmortar.com. This APP is not available to random users without being associated to an authorized company or corporation. Any user downloading this app from the Google play store does not have the rights or ability to generate and create an account unless his associated company who has a contractual agreement with www.ffmortar.com authorizes such an account
GPS Location Tracking
The GPS location of end users is never tracked continuously or periodically. The GPS location is tracked only when a transaction is carried out where data is being submitted to the users associated company. This transaction may be related to a visit, product order, stock audit, customer complaint, payment collection or a specified sales and marketing activity End users are informed that the feature to capture the GPS location is not related to tracking the location of the use, but to implement efficient in-field coverage of the end user and product display and management processes
Personal Information
www.ffmortar.com does not require any personal information of the end user other than contact details that an end user their associated company shares as part of being an employee of a company. The information shared buy a company with used for registered on www.ffmortar.com cannot be accessed by any other mobile application that is installed on the end users mobile device. www.ffmortar.com does not share contact details of any individual with any external party and it is visible to only other employees within your company through the www.ffmortar.com application.
Images and Pictures
Any Images that the APP is used to click are for specific activities that the end user is performing as part of their role as an employee of the associated company or corporation. These images are not shared with any other user or entity and are visible to only other employees within your company through the www.ffmortar.com application.
How long does ffmortar.com save my personal information and how can i delete it?
- ffmortar stores your Personally Identifiable Information on ffmortar’s cloud servers for as long as you remain a ffmortar user in order to provide you with the service on the behest of your company/corporation
- As described above, some information is stored directly on the device which is used to run the ffmortar app. All information is encrypted and cannot easily be accessed. You can delete the information on the device by resetting it to the defaults (using Reset in the Settings menu).
- If you want to delete your Personally Identifiable Information from ffmortar’s servers, please call write to use at info@catabatic.co.in or contact your employer who has authorized your usage of this service. Your employeer would be authorized to approve the data deletion. After your information is delete you would get a confirmation of this from your employer
